Music, movement, and meditation play an integral role in my life. I am constantly inspired by art, nature, and the creation that humanity is surrounded by. I am mostly uplifted by my children and the beauty and lessons they teach me daily. God has guided my path and after recieving my B.F.A. in Modern Dance, I moved to Georgia and established a Performing Arts studio with my family. I have recently moved back to Utah and am honored to be the development director for Promethean Spark International. Becoming a certified life coach with PSI and being taught by Shaun Parry is exactly what I needed at this moment in my life. I have always believed in the power and transformation that the Arts provide and PSI is truly bringing it to pass. These essential life skills instill a change within that has the capacity to change the world one soul at a time.
